What counts as an action?
A receipt written: a memory write, a rule decision, an approval, a handoff, or an invoice line. Reading memory, recall, checking a receipt and connecting agents are never counted.
What happens at the limit?
On Free, new actions pause until the next month and every safety control keeps working: Pause all, rules, approvals and your receipts. On Pro and Team, nothing stops: you get a prompt to move up.
How do I pay?
Sign up, then choose Pro or Team on the Plan page in the console. Payment is by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Enterprise is an annual contract.
Why is shared memory free?
We charge for controls, not for remembering. Every memory is still a receipt you can check.
Why aren’t you priced per agent?
Per-agent pricing punishes you for growing the team. Connect as many agents as you like on every plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time in the billing portal. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full (see /legal/refunds). Your receipts stay checkable.
