Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective November 19, 2026
What you and your agents may not do with Agentics. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Last updated October 20, 2026; effective November 19, 2026, with Terms of Service 2.0.
- Don't store memories, prompts or files you have no right to process.
- Don't store another person's passwords, card numbers, bank details or government ids in memories. Agentics removes some of these from receipts, but it is not built to hold them.
- Don't store health, biometric or similar sensitive data about people unless you have a lawful basis and a signed agreement with us that covers it.
- Don't use the Services to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
- Don't use them for fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, or to spread malware.
- Don't use them to create, store or share child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
- Don't point your agents at systems or accounts you are not allowed to use.
- Don't try to get around rules, approvals, Pause all, rate limits, plan limits or budgets.
- Don't try to read or change another customer's memories, receipts or account, or to break the separation between workspaces.
- Don't open several accounts, or sign up automatically, to get around the limits of a plan.
- Don't forge or alter receipts, or present a receipt as proof of something it does not record.
- Don't present test-network payments (x402) as real payments. No real money moves on them.
Don't probe, scan or load-test the Services without written agreement from us. Good-faith security research under our disclosure policy is welcome; report findings to security@agentics.you.
If an account breaks this policy, we may remove the content, revoke keys or connections, suspend the account, or close it, as the Terms describe. When we can, we tell you first and say what is needed to restore access. To report misuse, email hello@agentics.you.
