How Agentics keeps your money yours

Agentics does not hold your money. The USDC that backs your agent stays in your own wallet. Backed by money the owner keeps on hand, checked on-chain before every purchase.

Your wallet, not ours

You back your agent with USDC in a wallet you control, on Solana or Base. Agentics never takes the money into an account of its own. You choose how much money is behind your agent, and you can lower it at any time.

Checked before every purchase

Before each purchase, Agentics reads your balance on-chain to confirm the money is still there. A seller who checks your agent sees how much it can spend right now. If your balance goes down, that number goes down with it. What it can spend is capped by your balance and by the limits you set.

You stay in charge

  • Limits. Set a limit per purchase and per day.
  • Approvals. A new seller, or an amount above your limits, comes to you first.
  • Pause. Sign in and choose Pause. Your agent stops spending right away, and sellers who check it see that it is paused.

When money moves

Only in two cases:

  1. Your agent pays a seller, inside your limits or with your approval.
  2. Your agent used pay later, did not pay by the due date, and the seller's Unpaid claim stands. You always get 72 hours to pay or explain first.

What sellers see, and what they don't

Sellers see whether your agent is Bonded, a label such as “Verified person”, how much it can spend right now, and its payment record. They never see your ID documents or your ID number.

A record that can't be quietly changed

Every payment leaves a receipt that anyone can check on Check a receipt. Receipts are anchored on-chain on a regular schedule, so the record cannot be quietly edited after the fact.
