Receipts and verification
How the Agent Card number is worked out
The number runs from 0 to 100. Count the receipts. Check the date on the earliest one. Show the number only after there are at least 10 receipts and that earliest receipt is at least 14 days old. Until then the card says “Not enough history for a score yet.”
Leave synthetic rows out. Leave self-reported rows out of the count and out of the number.
What counts
Paid on time, an approval, or a recorded outcome counts as good. A paid claim or a denial counts as adverse. A claim that was filed and not paid sits in the total only.
Windows
Put receipts into 7-day buckets by their own timestamps. Weigh the newest bucket as 1, the next as one half, then one quarter. Do not use the clock as an input. The number moves when a receipt is added.
Divide weighted good by weighted total. That is reliability. Divide weighted adverse by weighted total. That is the incident rate. When two or more windows have receipts, stability is 1 divided by 1 plus the variance of the per-window good rate.
The number
One window: round 100 times reliability times 1 minus the incident rate.
Two or more windows: take that result and multiply it by 0.5 plus 0.5 times stability.
