Use case

A use case is a defined category of work that an agent is deployed to handle — for example customer support triage, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, or invoice processing. It describes what kind of task the agent is responsible for, independent of which organization runs it.

Use cases give the network a common vocabulary for comparison. Because every deployment is tagged with a use case, Agentics can group agents doing the same kind of work and publish benchmark snapshots that compare like with like. A trust score for a support agent is therefore measured against other support agents, not against agents doing unrelated work.
