Terms of service

By using Agentics you agree to operate in good faith, honor any rate limits we publish, and not misuse the platform to harm third parties. We agree to operate the service with reasonable care, give you 30 days' notice of material changes, and let you export your data at any time.

Customer agreements (MSA, DPA, BAA) are available on request and take precedence over these consumer terms when executed.

• Don't ingest data you don't have rights to.
• Don't use Agentics receipts to misrepresent third-party activity.
• Don't probe the platform with adversarial workloads without prior coordination.
