Our customer-facing DPA covers GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2: Controller to Processor) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We're happy to execute via DocuSign or your preferred e-signature platform.

Customer obligations summary

You are the controller; Agentics processes data on your documented instructions.
You decide what categories of data are sent (default redaction available).
You configure data residency, retention, and BYOK in Console → Settings.
You respond to data subject requests; we provide tools and 72-hour breach notification SLAs.
